The EU has taken the first steps towards the design of a Flagship program on Quantum Technologies, taking as inspiration the ideas from the Quantum Manifesto and a broad consultation of the scientific and industrial stakeholders. A this moment the Flagship is being shaped by an international committee of experts, whose goal is to create a draft of the scientific and governance documents, to be discussed at various European institutions.
The goal of this meeting, third in a series initiated by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, is to provide up-to-date information on the Flagship, its possible design, and the position and possible participation of the Spanish community, together with presentation on other funding instruments that will open in the following months.
The meeting will take place at the CSIC Campus in Madrid (Serrano 117, Madrid 28006), on the 3rd. of November 2016, from 10am till 2pm. In order to participate in the meeting, strict registration is required using the form below. While the event open, in case of space constraints we will give preference will be given to participants from earlier meetings, as well as institutional and industrial stakeholders.
