Coulomb glasses, also known as electron glasses, are systems with states localized by the
disorder and Coulomb interactions between carriers. Localization reduces screening effects,
increasing the importance of interaction effects. We review the different experimental manifestations of interactions in Coulomb glasses, as well as the numerical techniques
developed for their simulations.
